The second trimester often flies by, with pregnant women typically feeling great during these weeks, as if they can handle anything! Your baby has also grown rapidly. They can now weigh up to one kilogram and be approximately 37 centimeters long. From 24 weeks of pregnancy, all vital organs are present, and your baby is viable.
