Our midwifery practice values informing and advising prospective parents. We achieve this by providing timely and sufficient information when needed. We are always available for questions; no phone call is too much for us! When you call, you will always get a midwife on the phone. If it is something our assistant can solve, we will refer you to her or she will contact you as soon as possible! <\/p>\n

If you are new to the Netherlands and become pregnant, it can be quite stressful. A new language and different culture can be barriers to taking the first step towards help. Fortunately, our practice takes this into account. We were even founded by a Polish midwife! This way, pregnant women of Polish descent can also speak their own familiar mother tongue. <\/p>\n

Midwifery Practice Margriet owes its name to the founder Malgorzata (Margriet) Szylar-Braun. After moving from Poland to the Netherlands, she did everything she could to be allowed to practice her profession in the Netherlands as well. In 2006, Midwifery Practice Margriet was founded with a home base in The Hague. In addition to Dutch, Margriet also speaks fluent Polish. <\/span><\/p>\n
